... I'm seriously a Castlevania nut. I'm not too happy with the reboot, but eh, I lived through it and looked forward to see more of Gabriel. Things that I remember of Castlevania: -First experience was the disastrous PC port of CV. -I only makes a revisit to Castlevania thanks to Harmony of Dissonance. Thus my other name is 'Neo Juste Belmont'. Yeah, who cares if Juste is often considered one of the worst Belmonts, he's still my hero and without him I wouldn't discover my love to CV! -SOTN is easy, but still awesome. -My favorite Classicvania would be Dracula's Curse. Thinking to do a live commentary Let's Play on it. But I fear that my sense of humor is so UTTERLY DRY. (And Sypha is an underrated favorite of mine) -The reason I bought DS at first was because of Portrait of Ruin. -Shanoa is one badass lady and a favorite of mine.
Chalk me down here as one of the CV fans.

I have to pick the Cliche pick and say SOTN is my favorite. Personally Order of Eccelsa is my favorite but SOTN is pretty good to..

Yeppy, I hate the time limited ones though. SotN I know how to get bonus damage from the Ice brand and Thunder Brand, they both do effect damage just like the Fire Brand, just not as easily. (Ice Brand, be very close, fist range or less / Thunder Brand, stand a little bit under enemy so the lightning touches them) PoR is much harder, but Charlotte gets cool spells and having 2 characters to control is fun. I consider Simon's Quest the originator of this style Cav. game. Though sad it doesn't feature the Axe special weapon. I also like some monsters, particularly fond of Venus Weed / Alura Une. Persephone the kung-fu maid is cool too, cool spin kick (seems crescent / hook kick) and palm thrust moves. If you like those you should play Order of Ecclesia

Any gba games that would be good to start with? Aria of Sorrow, hands down. It's the one that got me hooked on the series, and it's one of (if not the) best games in the franchise.
