Most of the regular enemies weren't too difficult, though some of the bosses were just pure nutstompers. Blackmore being one of them. LET ME AWAY FROM THE WALL YOU PRICK! I WILL TAKE YOUR SHADOW.He was probably the second hardest boss for me to get the medal for. Behind Drac. DARK INFERNO! FATAL RAY! DESTRUCTION RAY! DEMONIC MEGGIDO!Put on a Death Ring and spam a light and dark glyph union. Problem solved. ...Of course that's really cheap though.

First time I played through the game, I never used any glyphs but the Rapier ones. I beat Drac with the best Rapier glyphs at around lv. 60. Brilliant me.

I generally used the sickle glyphs. ...I swear, there's too many weapon glyphs for them all to have the same element. Such a waste.

Away from what camelslayer and tyrano are talking about, my first castlevania game was AoS still my favorite and I kinda enjoyed how they left in the Japanese sound effects, I don't know I just liked that little quirk, SoN was, ok, but any game where you play as a belmont is just to damn hard, then again I've only had to play as a belmont in dracula X chronicles.

DoS's Julius mode wasn't very hard. Julius Mode wasn't too bad in DoS. However, I have to say that I struggled a lot with Abaddon in DoS with Julius and I'm really not even sure why. Soma was hard at first until you figure him out.

In Albus mode you can at least teleport behind him,but quit that's quit unessary cause albus is borken, execpt you play on hard mode max level 1 like me.

Cool, now I just need a working DS, I remember (in AoS) that you could make hard realy easy by simply getting deaths sythe and robe, with that combo grahm 2 is a cake walk, chaos, still not so much

Chaos is pretty easy if you ask me.
Question I wanted to ask though... What's the hardest of the final bosses?
Really, I have two in mind, both for different reasons.
1) Dracula in Dracula X. Not because he has hard-to-avoid attacks, it's the fact that there's absolutely no room for error. A single hit generally ensures your death due to the fact you're fighting him on top of a bunch of pillars (WTF). Primarily dying happens when you can't see him. And THEN he hits you because it takes you by surprise in mid-air. GRR. Second form just item-crush him though.
2) Ultimate Dracula in Legacy of Darkness. Barely any room to move and a vast majority of his attacks are insanely difficult to dodge. This is the one fight I'd actually label as boardering on unfair.

If you point out the hard mode max level 1 runs in POR and OOC ,then I would say Dracula X Dracula.Stupid pillars. In my childhood I hated him in Castelvania 64,but i don't think he is that hard. Oh,and the very first dracula fight ever is pretty hard, too.

Just beat AoS again yesterday. In four hours. 99.8%. Never thought I'd beat it that fast.
Now I'm going to try a naked run on Hard Mode. See how well that goes. Probably not very.

wait by naked do you mean no souls either? No equips (weapons, clothes). No souls. Except for when it's required to progress. I have the first boss beat. That Creaking Skull was just way too damn easy. I didn't get hit ONCE in that fight! And he went down relatively quickly while all I was doing to him was PUNCHING HIM WITH THE FIST.
