Self-Explanatory. Which levels do you hate the most in games?
I would have to say Exprimental Faculty and Ship Deck from RE 5: Mercs. Experimental Faculty has Lickers which retain their insta-kill attacks, and Duvaila that can put you in the dying state instantly, and it is very easy to get cornered on this map. Ship deck has fucking Chainsaw Earl, and he retains Insta-kill or he two-shots you by swinging his Chainsaw every which way. Oh, and did i mention when you kill him once, he doesn't actually die, and he'll get up again?

The Phantom Ship from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones.
This is a massive difficulty spike in a game that's otherwise a laughable cakewalk even on Hard mode. The map just throws a ridiculous amount of enemies at you. If you're like me and you only use the units you like as characters (which in FE8 is very, very few), then you won't be able to wade through them in time to save the two characters on the other side of the map, one of whom is a defenseless healer and one of the few interesting and likable characters in the game.
Worst part though? It's the one chapter that the Tower of Valni is made for. But if you make the mistake of saving in the preparations screen and you realize that, the game won't let you go back to the world map. If you didn't level grind enough and you can't go to the tower, you have to restart your entire game.
Hate that map. Hate it so much.

Ok then
1.Cue the Cave Story Fan's hating me in 3,2,1 Blood-Stained Sanctuary. This stage is hell to go through and it had such in insane difficult spikes happen to have mainly you have to avoid enemies, falling rocks, and spikes and then you have to fight 5 F***ing Boss all with no Checkpoints and no Health Station basically if you died anywhere you going back to the beginning. To this day I haven't and will never beat this level.
2. Bowser's Castles are usually fun to go to but there one that I dread to go to Neo Bowser Castle: Mario and Luigi Dream Team where do I begin oh yeah it's a another insane difficult spike if you are ill-prepared these enemies are so hard to find their tells it's not funny, don't even get me started on the Dreamy Neo Bowser Castle those freakin Mechakoopa's are so annoying to dodge and the expert challenges of this area I've literally had to restart the game to finally beat the Dreamy Neo Bowser Castle challenges.

Welp, after having reached a certain point in Pokémon Y, I can safely say that the Lumiose Badlands is one of the worst levels I've ever been through. I swear, it's like Game Freak actually TRIED to put together every idiotic design choice they could dream up and make it into one area.
What pisses me off about this area is the way random encounters occur. Pokémon actively chase you down rather than wait in tall grass. That doesn't sound bad, but when you are trying to avoid these Pokémon when you're on your skates or your bike, they will somehow catch up to you or initiate a battle when they seem to only be keeping up your pace. What's even worse is that the Badlands are rife with wind that will slow you down, but won't hinder the Pokémon's progress at all, and even worse is the frequent occurrence of you trying to ditch one of your pursuers when another one pops up right in front of you and you're going too fast to react in time. This is especially irritating when you're hunting for hidden items (two of which, by the way, are the useless Guard Spec. and X Accuracy).
The absolute worst part though? At least half of these stalkers (or more in my case, because, you know, luck) have freaking Arena Trap as their ability! These fights are literally unavoidable! It's an even worse offender than Diglett's Cave in Kanto because unlike in the cave, using a Repel will NOT work in getting rid of these Pokémon! If you have a Pokémon you want to EV train and you can't afford to mess it up by beating a Trapinch or a Dugtrio, the only things you can do are either try to catch it or just let your Pokémon faint. Game Freak's made some questionable design choices, but this is beyond idiotic. By far my most hated level in a Pokémon game.

Steamwood from Brave Fencer Musashi, The motorcycle levels from Crash Bandicoot Warped, Eggmanland from Sonic Unleashed PS3/360, Some of those Manditory special stages in Super Mario Sunshine, and the Bloodstained Sanctuary from Cave Story. I explained why I hated these levels in the Chaos Theatre V1. I freaking hate these levels so much that I made the darn topic with the same name as this one in the V1 Chaos Theatre.

I think I ranted about it on V3, but I guess I'll say it here, too: Wily Stage 4 of Mega Man 2. Dull color scheme (Oh joy, it's all purple, how fun), annoying traps (Falling through the floor, slow moving platforms), terrible 8-bit music (bwuuuuuuuuh, Bwuuuuuuuuuuh, BWUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH, bwuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh), and quite possibly the worst boss I've ever faced (FREAKING. BOOBEAM. TRAP.). Just an irritating and terrible level.

Courtyard from MadWorld.
The enemies were annoying as hell, the mini-boss was annoying as hell, and the boss was annoying as all fucking hell. I couldn't bear this level the first time I played it. And now...I still can't.
