I'm sorry, I really don't want to be angry at this site anymore. But it's way too easy to be angry at youtube. This is like the SOPA bill from V3 all over again. They want us to become angry at them. It's just going to be the same damn thing, over and over again. So I don't want to hear anybody or myself complain about youtube.

You shouldn't need an admin-imposed block to keep yourself from talking about that. If you don't want to talk about it, don't. If you don't want to hear about it, ignore key threads.

No, we are not banning any discussion just because one person is tired of it. Unless the subject is explicitly against the rules, or the discussion becomes disruptive to the community (i.e. us having to dish out punishment like Judge fuckin' Dredd), people are free to discuss what they want.
Request denied.

Wouldn't this somewhat contradict the freedom of speech? As far as I'm aware, nobody has been a jerk to anyone, so why the need to censor that kind of discussions? As long as we remain civil, debating this is healthy

Wouldn't this somewhat contradict the freedom of speech? Ehhh no. Not exactly, technically speaking. Everybody is free to get on a soapbox and voice their opinions, but the owner of a soapbox can still say who gets to be on his soapbox or not. And by 'soapbox' I mean a platform to let yourself be heard. We prefer to be pretty lenient with it though. Also: Blimey, forgot to lock this since it's been dealt with.
