The title says it all.
The only rule is that it could only be in games/movies/TV/creepypastas.
My pick: The Child Bombing Scene From MW3
Why?: The scene was made just to get attention from the media. I don't hate CoD, but I hope they don't turn into the PETA for games.

My personal choice would be that moment in Bioshock Infinite when Booker literally butchers the face of a policeman with the hook

Nah; I think Bioshock Infinite's opening violent scene was fine. Bioshock's actually pretty good at using shock for pragmatic reasons. The whole function of the skyhook is to show how brutal industrial accidents in the 1910's could be.
I think maybe Fallout dismemberment? Like, you shoot somebody and their head explodes? I dunno; I felt like it crossed the line twice-it's so Gorey...it's actually kind of funny. Thing is...I don't think that actually helps the game. If shooting people with lasers or something was funny, but normal guns was 'serious' I think that'd make more sense and add more contrast.

There was also, well, THAT scene. The scene from GTA V where you have to torture someone.

Human Centipede.
Proof: Would anyone watch it again?

Human Centipede. Proof: Would anyone watch it again? And I'm sure for a lot of people: Why would they even watch it in the first place. (Haven't seen it, never plan to)
