...Um, wasn't another Layton game announced in Japan earlier this year? Anywho, I've only played Miracle Mask and Unwound Future, but the Layton series is great! I recently started another new game on Miracle Mask.

Miracle Mask is my favorite too. It helps immensely that I wasn't spoiled to its story. I've been spoiled on the original Layton trilogy, but not the newer trilogy (Last Specter, Miracle Mask, and Azran Legacies).

It's supposed to be released in the U.S. sometime next year. Oh, and so is Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney! You don't know how much I cheered when I saw that game announced in a Nintendo Direct!

I've only played the Curious Village and Unwound Future. Curious Village was okay, but nothing special in my eyes, while Unwound Future had a better plot, better music, and some damn good puzzles.
