The question may seem silly at first but it's a matter worth looking into.
Wario's got some traits that definitely align with Libertarian beliefs. He's fiercely protective of his treasure and his wealth. Chances are, with further government intervention, Wario's wealth would be depleted for a variety of reasons. Wario can't have that.
Discuss.

He also stole some of it. Which is why he's probably not a libertarian.

I wouldn't say he's a libertarian. He's more of a greedy bastard without any silly sociopolitical justification for it.

He's definitely right-wing because he holds great value in personal property and individualist choice. As for whether he's libertarian, that would depend on how willing he is to allow other people be individuals. Because if Wario ever became the head of a governmental body, I imagine he would go full dicktatorship mode.
But yeah, I guess he's right-wing libertarian. The extreme end of such ideologies lead to anarchy and anarcho-capitalism which fits Wario's interests perfectly.

He's a wariopeist: He thinks the best form of government is one where he is in charge, and everyone gives him all their money for him to spend however he likes!

Kind of depends on how you define Anarcho-Capitalism, also. Both Capitalists and Anarchists are usually anti-theft. In fact, it's kind of the point of the former. The problem with measuring political views of a guy like Wario is that he's too selfish to really have any political views.

Mario, however, is probably right-wing authoritarian, given his support of large, monarchical governments.

Mario, however, is probably right-wing authoritarian, given his support of large, monarchical governments. Saying that though, we do not know how Peach treats her people and might not be the strong hand of the law usually associated with the authoritarian right.
