It's finally over.
I just got off the news and I was pleased to see that Canada has left Afghanistan and I really think it's about time we did so.
We lost 158 good men and women and 635 more wounded.
Was it worth it?

the usa and Canada should of left after the death of Osama bin Laden. why they decided to stop now is beyond me, but I'm glad they did. to answer your question, no it not worth it. the funny thing is, war and violence are inevitable. it always going to happen whatever we like it or not. the human race is just stubborn like that. I think the quote from fallout is right on the money on this whole thing. war never changes.

*reads OP*
*tries to resist a Children of Bodom reference*
But seriously, even though I'm not Canadian, this seems for the better.

Whether you disagree with the war or not, the logic they used in going there in the first place makes sense. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, it just makes sense.
