The creature backed away into the next car writhing in pain.
I roundhouse it to the very back of the car. I jumped and stabbed at the connectors and it begins to crack.
The tendrils wrap themselves on my legs and trip me up.
I smile. "Been a pleasure, gentlemen."
With one last yank of the blade, I disconnect the cars.

I fire the ray gun at and around the beast, causing it and the area around it to have a radioactive glow and hopefully killing it or at least giving Gem enough time to get away.

I make a flying leap and land back on the tram.

Um, guys, those orbs aren't it's eyes.... You just destroyed its reproduction system. And it's pissed.
