Just curious. There's Wizard World St. Louis that just started last year that's gonna be a yearly thing there (and a tradition to me and my friends)
I don't cosplay or anything I just try to befriend as much people as possible. I also take pictures of it.
What about you guys?

A few months ago, there was this thing called AFA (Anime Festival Asia), it was one of the best days of my life! I saw a lot of awesome cos plays, including Yoshimitsu, Roxas, Ragna the Bloodedge, and more. I also got some pretty sweet merchandise, like a small poster of Sora from Dream Drop DIstance and RWBY pins. There was even a cafe with maids and butlers, all rather cute, like something you'd expect in an anime. There were also stands dedicated to Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online, Puella Madoka Magica, and iDolMaster, I think.
That was one hell of a day.

Me and my brother actually took pictures with a group who cosplayed as the whole cast of Borderlands. Heck I even met Jason David Frank (Tommy Oliver Power Rangers) and Stan Lee as well. |

i went to animaritime in june, and went to hal-con in november
i got to meet vic mignogna at hal-con, but i had more fun at animaritime because hal-con is a mix of sci-fi, anime, and video games all in one convention...plus the place was so packed people had their tickets re-funded.
and at animaritime i got to meet brad swaile, and overall had more fun.

I was supposed to go to G-Anime this weekend, but out of all the 2 days I work per month, one of them had to be this weekend (getting a day off in the navy isn't easy, either). The Joueur du Grenier is going to appear for the first time in Canada (think JonTron, but french), so it REALLY sucks that I won't be able to meet him. Oh well, hopefully some other time.

Not really gone to any myself (well...one back in 2010 which I've talked about before). Though my brother went to Alcon in Leicester (my home city) last year and has convinced me to go this year. By far the most amusing thing about it was that while he was there he randomly got Brentalfloss to record a message on his phone for me. That was a laugh.
