HunterXHunter- Shits about to go DOWN!! Where is the anime at on that? I read HXH, but god damn is that opening immaculate. I did see Chimera Ant King in one of the versions of it, they still on that arc? Because if not, I have some bad news on how much longer that anime will be going on for... Anyhow; Log Horizon - Been pretty fun. Nice to see a more light hearted .hack actually. Pupa - First episode came out. That was a thing. Beyond the Boundary - I don't know why I expected this to be something. Just super average. Chi's New Home - Oh my god, it's so adorable and cute and lovable and factual of cat's behavior and amazing and CUTE

I'm currently watching To Aru Majutsu no Index/A certain Magical Index. Watched 10 episodes already, and I enjoyed it so far.

Princess Jellyfish, odd title, but funny, and after watching title makes more sense.
Trigun, after seeing the movie on CN in december.
Last week on Friday, got to see a little of K-On! I think I like that now.

So far, my friend Finndread has been making me watch three different anime series. In return, he will watch Angel Beats! with me.
Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad Clannad Clannad After Story The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya
So far, I'm on the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, then I'll move on to Disappearance. Very funny, and I found a channel with most of the dubbed episodes in the right order.

^ imho for proper enjoyment of Haruhi, you need to...
1. Watch season 1 in broadcast order 2. Watch seasons 1 and 2 in chronological order 3. Watch the movie 4. Maybe check the novels and Haruhi-chan and Tsuruya-chan
All in sub, of course.

Space Dandy.
I know it's still new to the scene. It is to Shinchiro Watanabe (the guy who made Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo) what FLCL is to Gainax, although more comprehensible.

I enjoy things a lot more in English. Two, I would sooner castrate myself than watch something outside of chronological order. It would absolutely murder me.

Nisekoi: First episode seems funny enough with some enjoyable characters. World Conquest Zveda Plot: Interesting first episode, but main character is pretty generic so far. Noragami: Interesting concept judging from the first episode, entertaining as well. A Certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Railgun: Recently finished the first seasons of both and plan on watching the second seasons sometime soon, a very well fleshed out series with some great characters and well written storylines. Haganai: Finished season 1. One of the better harems out there with some likable characters, a lot of fun group interaction, and well done serious moments. Highschool DxD: Finished season 1. The writing is bad, the story has some good ideas but gets sidetracked by fanservice, the perverted humor gets old fast, a lot of scenes in the series have no reason to exist, and the main character is made of so much fail it's funny. To be honest though I found myself laughing at how laughably bad the writing in this show was, but the main issue is that the show gets praise when in reality it's very poorly written. However I do hope that season 2 and possible future seasons are better.

I have just started A Channel. I like it a decent amount as it has a manageable cast of characters which is key in a slice of life as well as the humour being on point.

I'm in the whichever-I-hear-first camp, personally. Moi aussi, unless the dub is incredibly bad (i.e a lot of the stuff owned by Manga Entertainment and ADV) in which case swapsies ensues. Usually sub though since that's how they're uploaded. I get annoyed that in every anime there has to be at least one brodouche voice in the dub, plus Japanese is a beautiful language so i side with sub 99% of the time (Ghost Stories has a god tier dub though)
